    The fact that players will have to wait a while before they can cross the river or scale ledges should also be noted, as this implies that they will be confined to the central landmass for at least a few days after they first arrive. Take some time to consider the advantages of each island before making a final decision, and start developing a rough idea of where they might want to build structures before making a final decision.

    Soon after they have reached the shores of their chosen island, players are faced with a new set of decisions, including where to build their own home as well as where to build the homes of their first villagers. Last but not least, the player has complete control over the design of his or her own island, as every villager who moves in will be placed exactly where the player specifies, and the same is true for each shop and structure. Beginning the design process early in the process will allow you to save a significant amount of time and money in the long run.

    A bridge or an incline can be extremely useful when it comes to reaching specific areas of the map, as they eliminate the need for players to use their vaulting pole or ladder on their own island in order to get there. Both structures, on the other hand, come with a price tag attached to them. Although players will be able to craft the first bridge they construct, every bridge they construct after that will be completed as a public works project, with the entire island contributing to the costs. The player will be responsible for the vast majority of the bill in each and every Animal Crossing game, which will amount to thousands of bells each time, as has been the case in each and every previous game. The fact that incline slopes do not provide a free initial hit makes it difficult to accurately describe how they function.

    It is anticipated that both of these projects will be expensive to construct, and that both will require a significant initial financial investment. This means that players should hold off on these endeavors until they have a clear understanding of how everything will be laid out in the game world before continuing on with them.
