  • Chemical composition is the basic performance of metal castings, which will directly affect the mechanical properties of products. Therefore, in the investment casting process, material analysis is a key step in obtaining a qualified product.

    At Jccasting, the chemical composition of investment casting materials is precisely tested by spectrometers, which accurately measure the composition of each element in the metal. The test results are compared with the material standards. If the value is within the chemical composition range, it indicates that the finished investment casting material is qualified. We call this process "chemical analysis".

    As one of the leading investment foundries, how does our foundry conduct material testing? First of all, before each batch of metal ingots is put into storage, the material factory will provide us with a material certificate. In order to ensure its authenticity, we will first cut a small piece for spectrochemical analysis, and the test results will prove whether the material is approved. Second, we still need to do a material inspection of the melton metal before pouring. If there are any mistakes, the melton metal cannot be poured. Third, after the sample is completed, it will also be used for testing
