Loving Autism is being built by a small team of parents. This page explains, plainly, what we do with the email address you give us when you join the waitlist.

What we collect

Only the email address you submit, plus a note of where it came from (the waitlist form) and when. We do not ask for your name, your child's information, or any health data on this page.

How we use it

We use your email solely to send Loving Autism updates — product progress, early-access invitations, and the occasional note from the family building this. That's it.

What we will never do

We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing. Your address stays with Loving Autism.

Where it's stored

Your email is stored securely in our own database, and with Kit, the email provider we use to send you the first chapter and any updates. Kit processes it on our behalf and does not use it for their own marketing. The sign-up form is the only place this site asks you for information.

Counting visits

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we run on our own server, to count how many people visit each page and which link brought them. It sets no cookies, collects nothing personal, and never follows you to other websites. The numbers stay with us.

Advertising and measurement

We run ads on Facebook and Instagram to reach families who might want the book. To know whether those ads are working, this site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta when someone who saw an ad visits the site or joins the list.

When you sign up, we also send Meta a one-way scrambled (“hashed”) version of your email address so it can match the sign-up to an ad. We do not send Meta your actual address, and we do not send them anything about people who don't sign up beyond the ordinary page visit.

If you'd rather not be measured this way, you can turn off off-Facebook activity in your Meta account settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or block the pixel with an ad blocker. None of that affects your ability to get the chapter or stay on the list.

Leaving the list

You can ask to be removed at any time, and we'll delete your address. Every update we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
